This is one way that you get to stay healthy even as you lose weight. Coupled with the fluid, you must eat some good foods that replenish your energy and keep you healthy. Once you have mastered this, you are indeed ready to shed the pounds. Carbohydrates contain most of the energy in our body. When this energy is used, it is stored up as fat in our bodies. When we lose weight, we are merely using up this energy, so there is nothing wrong with doing something a bit physical.
