* Critical Mass Charleston will sponsor the Halloween Critical Mass Bike Ride beginning at 6 p.m. Friday from the Capitol steps. An after-ride party location will be announced. There will be a prize for best costume. For information, e-mail ideoncharleston@gmail .com.
